A Casa in Capri
I came across this idyllic "casa" while visiting one of my favorite blogs, Gervais de Bedee, yesterday. I felt like I had escaped for a moment in time to the island of Capri. One of the things I love about blogs is finding one that resonates with you and connects you to their world. In this case, having a glimpse into Paul Gervais de Bedee's life is truly a fantasy world full of beauty and amazing places, villas, gardens, food and people in and around Lucca, Italy where he calls the Villa Massei home. "Paul Gervais is a critically acclaimed writer, painter, landscape designer and intrepid explorer of life's pathways - particularly those involving a garden." This little Capri casa is the holiday residence of friends of his from Lucca that was once the home of Raffaele La Capria, the Neapolitan author.
