Garage Saling and Thrifting in North Lake Tahoe
It's hard not to go treasure hunting on Saturday morning... even on vacation! So... My sweet husband took me down to Kings Beach to get our first look at the lake and lo and behold along with the breathtaking views were several garage sale signs. The first one we came upon held tremendous promise but I think we were just a little too late to score anything truly exciting. Although we didn't leave empty handed. Love this vintage cutie, which has been converted to propane. We stumbled onto this sale a few blocks over, where they were selling their son's buckle collection and no I didn't buy any although I did consider #263. After hitting a few more garage sales in Kings Beach we headed to Tahoe City, where we hit up Syd's for coffee and a bagel.
