I sold the Kachina print b louse for her on ebay last week for an astonishing $1050!   I'm so happy for her! P erfect timing for a cash infusion!!! At the thrift store!   Well that's just what my mom did last Sunday while I was at The Alameda Point. She was visiting my brother and on her way home stopped off at one of her favorite haunts. She said she caught sight of an interesting pattern among a row of blouses and couldn't quite believe her eyes when she pulled it out to examine it and noticed the HERMES tag. She could hardly contain her excitement as she pulled out her cell phone to call and tell me what she had found... not 1 but 2 HERMES blouses! The most incredible part was the $20 price tag! Unable to get in touch with me she took them up to the counter telling the woman, "you know these are very expensive blouses." The woman responded by saying, "yes, we understand they are worth several hundred dollars but we don't think people here are familiar with that brand."  She proceeded to say how happy she was that my mom was buying them and how lovely they must look on her. ...
