Designer Shopping Bags

What do you do with your designer shopping bags after you get home?

I introduced you to him a few days ago via my post on The Alameda Pointe Antiques and Collectibles Fair. He owns an amazing shop in Lafayette called LOOT. (Gotta love the name!)
He's also a well known and highly sought after floral designer who has written several gorgeous books on the subject of flower arrangements in which he incorporates antique tabletop, accessories and accoutrements. They are a visual feast for the eyes!


He travels the country lecturing on the art of flower arranging. Garden Clubs can't get enough of his genius and he gets booked out months in advance. Recently he's started taking small groups on tours of gardens to places like Buenos Aires which he says is "FABULOUS".


Each Spring he is an integral part of the "Bouquet to Art" exhibit at The DeYoung Museum in San Francisco, which I will be sure to blog about! It's an amazing array of flower arrangements created by talented floral designers from around the Bay Area who are hand selected and then assigned a work of art to which they are to draw their inspiration from. It is then juxtaposed against their assigned masterpiece. Last year, Ron was in the auditorium giving one of his engaging lectures.
