Hi sweetie! Oh, I have missed reading your posts... have been so swamped with our website, that I haven't had one second to stop by and say hi. Love this store profile and photos - hope you don't mind if I share on our Caron's Beach House facebook page. Maybe we can take a journey one day, and you can show me your favorite haunts in Sonoma!
oh my goodness! What a fantastic little shop!! I love those sparkly letters:) Well...really I love too many things in that shop!! Thank for taking us along!
You find the best places! I so loved this stroll this morning. I want everything in there. The water balls are quite interesting, have never heard of them before. I'm glad you took a larger photo of the description.
One of my favorite stores and places to visit for inspiration is Chateau Sonoma. You made me realize it has been a while, so now will have to take a little detour on our way to Sonoma this weekend. Did you buy anything?
Hi Dolores! Chateau Sonoma is probably my favorite all time shop and yes I did leave with a little something... a small vintage bowling pin :) Have fun this weekend!! xo
WOW! I love learning about shops like this one! Amazingly creative displays and wonderful merchandise! Now if only I could get out there.........thanks for the tour!!
There are not many shops that I love as much as mine, but this is one of them. I stop every time I go up there. Sarah's business card even inspired mine 6 years ago! Nice post!
Just found your blog, so glad I did. I love Chateau Sonoma, haven't been there for a while, looks as though they've really filled it up since last time I was there... do think a field trip is in order for inspiration!
that glorious shop alone merits a trip to sonoma! as a shop owner i adore seeing how other shops vignette and the merchandise they carry. this one was a real treat, as are your photoraphs best debra
You could say I have a wandering eye. It seeks out the rare and beautiful, weird and wonderful, unique and unusual... what I like to call, "Few of a Kind" treasures. I'm a Treasure Merchant. This blog is about my lifelong passion for treasure hunting. Il Tuo Tesoro, which means "Your Treasure" in Italian is my other blog where I sell the treasures I find and blog about here on La Dolfina. My treasures can also be found in my etsy shop further down on my sidebar.
"All of life is about energy. It's about the energy that you're putting out; energy that you're drawing to yourself, every day, based on the way you think about your life & the actions that you take. Everybody is an energy field. And because of your attitude, your thinking, your actions; who you choose to be in the world, forms your own field. You are drawing into your field people who are like you... to remind you, to show you, to reflect back to you- who you are. Believe that or not, that is what is happening all the time... and it does not require your belief. It just is. It. Just. Is." -Oprah

Beautiful photo's Terri.
What a fun place! Could spend hours there.
I am a bit annoyed, I was four days in Paris and didn't have time to visit any antique shops. Have to go there for the weekend before the September fairs, so I have time to visit les marchés aux Puces in Clignancourt and Porte de Vanves
Wholly cow that place looks like quite the treasure trove! Shame I live so far away from it!
Just found your blog, so glad I did.
