Or... a perfect Starbuck's day! I'm there now, nursing a mocha light, while my son takes his electric guitar lesson. It's also rainy here in our neck of the woods. I need a Costco run this week. It's only about 20 minutes away, but for some reason it feels like a PRODUCTION going there. 1) Park. 2) Cart. 3) Put stuff in cart. 4)Put stuff on conveyor belt. 5) Put stuff back in cart. 6) Put stuff in car. 7)Take stuff out of car 8)Put stuff away in cupboards {or wherever I can cram it in! Whoo, just writing this has exhausted me. Time for some more mocha!

So funny! I need a Costco day too. I just found a great white canopy there for my summer craft fair so I'm pretty excited about that! And who doesn't need more Bounty? : )

Ahhh haa haa ... a bounty of the Bounty ! Hopefully you didn't accidentally buy the ones with the little teddy bears and hearts like I did last week ! I want to have a talk with Mr Brawny about that ... they really need some cooler looking towels ( if not just plain white ).

Hey Terri, Yep, I did my big run last week...it's so good to get that over with! By the way what is that gorgeous...looks like a pedestal bowl filled with mercury glass...I love that!!! Any chance you could show us a close up view of it?

Whoo hoo, Costco! My husband goes to Sam's Club, and I always get so excited when he goes! I leave him a long list, but he usually does a great job and brings me some sort of food surprise - an industrial size box of frozen eggrolls, anyone? XO!

I found my bicycle! (my new old bicycle) The funny part is where I found it. Yesterday after finishing my post, " I'm longing for a new bicycle ," I was lamenting to my husband about how badly I wanted a bicycle of my own.  He looked at me and said, " but you have a bicycle."  (our vintage Colombia tandem beach cruiser) I said, "I know, I love the tandem but I would like my own bicycle."  He said, "You do have your own bicycle... remember you bought one at a garage sale late last summer?" The light bulb went off and the memories came flooding back!  All of a sudden I remembered the day I scored my awesome vintage bicycle at a garage sale on Briggs Avenue for $20!  I ran to the backyard where it had been covered up with a large brown tarp for the winter.  I squealed with delight at the sight of it!  I remembered when I bought it it had several small American flags attached to the front basket from being ridden in the 4th of July...
